What's the status of my order? Order status

To track the progress of your order, you can check its status at any time. Here are the main order statuses you may encounter:

Order status



📦 In preparation: Your order is being processed in our warehouse. We are preparing your products for dispatch.

🚚 Dispatched: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to your address. You will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery.

📬 Delivered: Your parcel has been delivered to the address indicated. Check your letterbox or the delivery point indicated to collect your parcel.

⏳ Waiting: There may be a check or adjustment in progress before your order is dispatched. You will be informed of the progress.

❌ Cancelled: The order has been cancelled either by you or for processing reasons (product unavailable, payment problem, etc.).

Where can you check your status?



You can check the status of your order in your customer area, or by clicking on the tracking link received by email once the order has been dispatched.
