What's the status of my order? Order status
You can check the status of your order in your Green Drive customer area. Each time the status of your order changes, you will receive an email indicating this. You should therefore consult the last email you received concerning your Green Drive order.
Frequent cases :
The order is in "payment accepted" status; your order has not yet been dispatched, but in most cases it is being prepared.
The order is in "dispatched" status, you have received or will receive by email and/or SMS the tracking number for your order. (The tracking number arrives 1 to 2 working days after your order has actually been shipped).
Exceptional cases:
If your order has been in "payment accepted" status for more than 5 working days, it's probably because the shipment of your item requires a longer preparation time. You can check the page for the product you have ordered, where the delivery time will be indicated.
If no delivery time is indicated on the product page, and your order has not been dispatched after 5 working days, please let us know.
