I want to cancel/modify my order

In most cases, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order before shipment.
In fact, in line with our fast shipping policy, we are working to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on D-day.
As a result, customer service may not be able to respond quickly enough to the speed of dispatch if the order is already being shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery or return the goods using a returns label.

You will only receive a cancellation and refund if your order is in preparation.

If the order is being shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will provide you with a free return label for the reshipment of your parcel.

We will proceed with your reimbursement as soon as we receive the products.
