Articles on: Return and technical assistance

My order is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received anything.

If your order is marked as delivered, the letter carrier has either dropped it off personally at your address, or in your letterbox, or dropped it off with a neighbor.

The steps to take to find the parcel are as follows:
- Check your letterbox, front door and garden to see if the parcel has been dropped off.
- Ask your regular letter carrier for more information about this delivery. You can do this by passing him on his rounds, or by visiting your nearest post office.
- Ask around your neighborhood to see if the parcel has been delivered.

If the parcel is not found after these steps, it should be reported as stolen, as this is beyond our responsibility. The easiest way to do this is to contact La Poste or their customer service department.

Following this, we'll ask you to provide a sworn statement and, in some cases, to lodge a complaint. If all the elements match, we'll send you a replacement order on a purely commercial basis.

A refund cannot be requested.
You will no longer benefit from the cooling-off period, and items cannot be returned.
