What are the delivery times?
Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Moirans (Isère, France).
We've chosen Colissimo, a Laposte Group company with CO2-neutral deliveries and fast delivery times:
Metropolitan France: 3 to 4 working days
Europe: 6 to 10 working days
However, some items such as wheels and rims, front spoilers and performance parts are shipped directly from headquarters, separately from the rest of the order.

For our customers outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, Norway), customs clearance can take from 1 to 10 days.
If your parcel seems to have a delay of more than 5 days, and the status of the delivery tracking seems to indicate an incident, please do not hesitate to contact us.
