How do I track my package?

You can track your parcel directly from your customer area.
Simply log in to your account and access the ‘My Orders’ section to find the tracking number associated with your order.

We will keep you informed by email each time we update the status of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Understanding delivery statuses



Here are the main statuses you may encounter when tracking your parcel:

Payment accepted: Your order has been received and is being processed.

⚠️ Please note that in some cases, depending on the preparation and dispatch times, this status can last up to 4 or 5 days.

Dispatched: Your order has been picked up by the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned. Your parcel will arrive shortly.
