I want to return my product/get a refund

If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund, certain conditions must be met.

📌 Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, please ensure that you comply with the following criteria:

✅ The product must show no signs of wear. ✅ It must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. ✅ The product and its packaging must be placed in a separate shipping carton. It is forbidden to stick the return label directly onto the product packaging. ✅ If the product contains a double-sided adhesive, this must not have been removed. ✅ The original packaging must not be damaged.

A return that does not comply with these conditions may be subject to a return or repackaging costs may be deducted from the amount refunded.

What are the delivery times?

**Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Moirans (Isère, France). We have chosen Colissimo, a company in the La Poste group, for its fast, CO2-neutral deliveries.

🇫🇷 Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 working days

🌍 Europe: 6 to 10 working days

Products shipped separately

Some items, such as rims and wheels, front spoilers and performance parts, are shipped directly from our headquarters, separately from the rest of the order.

For these products, you will find the specific delivery time on the relevant product page. You will also receive a personalised email when your order is dispatched.

Customers outside the EU

For our customers in Switzerland, UK, Norway, please note that customs clearance may take between 1 and 10 days.

Delivery delays

If your parcel is more than 5 days late and tracking indicates an incident, please contact us to resolve the problem. We will be happy to help you locate your parcel.

Understanding delivery statuses

Here are the main statuses you may encounter when tracking your parcel:

Payment accepted: Your order has been received and is being processed.

⚠️ Please note that in some cases, depending on the preparation and dispatch times, this status can last up to 4 or 5 days.

Dispatched: Your order has been picked up by the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned. Your parcel will arrive shortly.
