**How do I use Chat? **

Question 2

I want to return my product/get a refund

Accepted Answer

If you wish to obtain an exchange or refund of a product or your order, there are certain conditions to be met.

To obtain one of the two actions here are some conditions to respect:

The product must not have any trace of wear.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
You must put the product and its packaging in a separate shipping carton, you can not return the package simply by sticking the label on its packaging.
If your product has double-sided adhesive tape, you must not have peeled it off.
The original carton must not be damaged.

Refund request within 30 days

We do not take back used products because they can no longer be sold.

If you made a mistake regarding the compatibility of the products with your car, or any other mistake on your part, we will provide you with a free return label, but you will have to reorder directly on our website and take charge of the shipping of this new order.

Refund request after 30 days: case by case.

We only refund after this period of time if your problem is due to force majeure (car order cancellation, incompatible product…)

If your order is more than six months old, the refund will be made by bank transfer (your bank details will be requested).

What are the delivery times?

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Moirans (Isère, France).

We've chosen Colissimo, a Laposte Group company with CO2-neutral deliveries and fast delivery times:

Metropolitan France: 3 to 4 working days Europe: 6 to 10 working days

However, some items such as wheels and rims, front spoilers and performance parts are shipped directly from headquarters, separately from the rest of the order.

To find out about delivery times, please go to the relevant product page, where the specific delivery time will be indicated. A personalized email will be sent to you when the product is shipped.

For our customers outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, Norway), customs clearance can take **from 1 to 10 days. **

If your parcel seems to have a delay of more than 5 days, and the status of the delivery tracking seems to indicate an incident, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My product is defective

If you encounter a problem with one of our products, send us an email describing your problem, including **photos/videos. **

We'll respond promptly with a solution or replacement.

How do I track my package?

**On the website: **You can track your parcel and its status using the tracking number included in your order from your customer area.

By email: Each time your order status is updated, you will receive the necessary information by email. Once shipped, you'll receive the tracking number by email and later by SMS.

Understanding delivery status :

Payment accepted: your order has been received and is being processed. Please note that in some cases, depending on the carrier, your order may remain in the payment accepted status for up to 4/5 days. Shipped: your order has received a tracking number from the carrier and will arrive shortly.
