Can all products be withdrawn?
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This means that these products cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned, except in the case of a lack of conformity or a proven defect.
This rule applies in particular to products manufactured according to specific options chosen by the customer, such as made-to-measure steering wheels, complete wheels resulting from a personalised assembly of rims and tyres, instrument panels adjusted according to specific criteria, as well as Individual seat covers and Highland Performance Replica Sport seat covers, designed to order and adapted to precise configurations.
By validating the order for a made-to-measure or personalised product, the customer expressly acknowledges that he or she waives his or her right of withdrawal and accepts the impossibility of cancellation, return or reimbursement, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
