Payment problem

If you have any payment problems, here's what to do.

Firstly, please check that your bank details are correct and up to date.
Also, make sure that your credit/debit card has not expired and that it is authorised for online transactions.
If you are paying in instalments, make sure that your card does not expire during the instalment period.

If the problem persists, here are some other possible solutions:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again. Sometimes these can cause problems with online transactions.

- Try another browser or device. Sometimes the problem may be related to a specific bug in the browser or device.
Make sure your Internet connection is stable.

- If you use a credit card, contact your bank to make sure they haven't blocked the transaction for some reason.

If, despite these solutions, the problem persists you can try another method such as PayPal or Scalpay which are free solutions, we are here to help you.

Contact us to provide further details about the problem you are experiencing, including the error message you are receiving, the browser you are using, and at what stage in the payment process the problem is occurring. This will help us identify the cause of the problem more quickly.
