My hubcap broke - product defect
Our wheel trims have benefited from four successive improvements to increase the strength of the fasteners and reduce the risk of breakage.
Previously, the most common defect was broken mounting lugs.
📌 Quality commitment: Whatever the version of your hubcap, we undertake to replace it free of charge and without limit in the event of a defect. (Please note that driving-related breakages are not covered).
What should I do if my hubcap breaks?
If you have a problem with your hubcaps, please contact us using our contact form.
For your request to be processed quickly, please provide the following information:
✅ Your order number
✅ The wheel concerned
✅ A photo of the broken hubcap (one per wheel concerned)
✅ The colour of the wheel centre used
✅ The number and colour of the logos to be sent
Warranty conditions
🔹 This guarantee only covers product defects (e.g. broken fasteners).
🔹 It does not cover damage related to use (e.g. rubbing against a pavement).

🔹 Please note: Logos are not supplied with replacement wheel trims. You can reuse those on your faulty hubcap by removing them using heat (hairdryer or hot water) and fishing line if necessary.
