My hubcap broke - product defect

The wheel trims have undergone 4 successive improvements to prevent breakage of the product's fixing pastes.

The product is stronger with each new series and we undertake to replace your wheel covers free of charge and without limit, whatever the version.

All this information is required to send you the replacement part, and we will pay for each hubcap replacement.

In order to process your request as quickly as possible, please send us all the information below:

Your order number
The wheel concerned
A photo of the broken product (per wheel concerned by the after-sales service)
The colour of the wheel centre used

Specify the number of logos to be sent and the colour.

This guarantee only covers product defects such as fasteners, but does not cover damage caused by use, such as rubbing on a pavement.

Please note that the logos are not supplied. Don't worry, you can use the one on the faulty hubcap by removing it using heat (hairdryer or hot water) and possibly a fishing line.
