Is my delivery subject to customs fees?

All our shipments leave from France.

Consequently, the delivery of your parcels is not subject to customs or import charges if you are in Europe. VAT is paid directly on our website and is calculated according to the country of delivery.

Warning:

If you order from Switzerland, England, Norway you will have to pay customs (variable according to your country) as well as VAT (also variable). Rest assured, you won't pay VAT twice. In fact, when you enter a delivery address in one of the countries listed above, French VAT is deducted from the price normally applied. As a non-EU resident, you will be required to pay VAT and import clearance charges at the time of delivery.

For the United Kingdom: In accordance with regulations, VAT is charged on orders of less than £135 (excluding delivery costs). For orders over £135 the price paid will be exclusive of VAT and VAT will be payable on importation (VAT charges + Customs charges).

Please note that delivery times may be longer due to customs controls.
