# Multiple shipments

**If your order includes bulky products, it may be shipped in several packages. This means that you may receive several deliveries at different times.

### Track your parcels

📦🚚 Each parcel will have a unique tracking number. You can track each one directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number you received.

### How many parcels will I receive?

The number of parcels sent will be specified in your tracking. For better tracking, we recommend that you check the number of parcels in your customer area and track each parcel individually using the tracking numbers provided.
