# Intra-community VAT exemption (European companies)

In order to provide us with your **intra-Community VAT number** 💳, you must enter your VAT number in the personal information section once you have completed your shopping basket 📑.

The VAT number must be entered **BEFORE ordering** and cannot be changed or added by our services after the purchase ❌.  

When the order is taken, it must be associated with the delivery and invoicing address 🧾.

If VAT is not deducted, please contact us before placing your order with your intra-Community VAT number and a screenshot 📸.

If you wish to place a second order with a different delivery address, you will need to go through the process again 🔄. Note that the delivery address must be in the same country as the billing address 🌍.
