# I want to return my product/get a refund

If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund, certain conditions must be met.

**📌 Return conditions**

For your return to be accepted, please ensure that you comply with the following criteria:

✅ The product must show no signs of wear.
✅ It must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
✅ The product and its packaging must be placed in a separate shipping carton. It is forbidden to stick the return label directly onto the product packaging.
✅ If the product contains a double-sided adhesive, this must not have been removed.
✅ The original packaging must not be damaged.
✅The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the return label.

A return that does not comply with these conditions may be subject to a return or repackaging costs may be deducted from the amount refunded. 

🔄 Refund request - 30-day period
📅 You have 30 days from receipt to request a refund.

📢 Special cases:

❌ Product used → Non-refundable as it can no longer be resold.
⚠️ Compatibility error (error on your part) → We will provide you with a free return label, but you will have to reorder on our site and bear the shipping costs for the new order. **

### Refund request after 30 days

Refunds after 30 days are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and only in cases of force majeure (e.g. cancellation of car order, incompatible product).

📅 Order more than 6 months old → Refund will be made by bank transfer, a RIB will be requested.

### Refund procedure

The refund will be made according to the original method of payment:

💳 Bank card (one-off payment) → Immediate refund, but the display time depends on your bank (up to 30 days).  
💳 Bank card (payment in instalments) → Refund on your initial payment method, subsequent instalments will be cancelled.  
🏦 Bank transfer → Refund made via the RIB provided.  
🛒 PayPal or other banking application → Automatic refund within a maximum of 15 days**.
