# I made a mistake with my delivery address


# Change delivery address - act quickly!

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service **as soon as possible **via the chatbot at the bottom of the page or by email.

Our orders are processed and sent to our logistics department automatically as soon as the order is placed. They are therefore prepared as quickly as possible to ensure dispatch as quickly as possible. 
We will do our utmost to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee a change once the order is in preparation.

If no change is possible on our part, we will assist you in dealing with the carrier. It will then be essential that you **contact him quickly** also via the tracking that we will provide you with in order to increase the chances of modification.
