# Handling of your complaints

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday and deals with requests within 48 to 72 working hours.

📌 Complaints handling

🔹 Only one claim is handled per customer at a time.
🔹 Each request is processed in order of arrival, respecting the announced deadlines.
🔹 Do not resend several emails, except to provide additional information. In this case, reply directly to your first message so that your complaint is linked to the current follow-up.
